Carrie brings to the business a passion for delivering the best quality security teams integrated with the KST group’s technology and innovation.

Carrie has worked in the Security Industry for over 20 years in a variety of different roles and has a real client focus, leading her operations team and driving best practice across a number of strategic accounts.

Dale brings over 15 years of leadership experience across both military and private sector operations. After an eight-year career in the Royal Marines, including deployments in rapid-response environments, he transitioned into facilities and security management, leading high-performing teams across demanding, compliance-driven contracts. Dale is passionate about continuous improvement and embeds Kaizen principles into everyday operations to drive performance, efficiency, and team growth. Known for his calm, pragmatic leadership style, he thrives in high-pressure environments and consistently delivers results through clear communication, accountability, and an unwavering commitment to raising standards.

Lee joined Kings as an Operations Manager in 2021 and quickly progressed to the role of Operations Director. Lee has worked within the Security Industry for 22 years in a variety of different roles and has a real passion for delivering best-in-class services with a real focus on process, colleague support and contract development leading to colleague/account retention.

Lee is a very proactive and approachable strategic leader and has cultivated high performing teams throughout his career.

After leaving the armed forces, John entered the private security sector in 2000, starting as a security officer in a busy warehouse. Over 25 years, he rose through supervisory, managerial, and leadership roles, gaining deep expertise in fulfilment and logistics security. Now National Account Director at Kings Guarding Solutions, John oversees high-profile national accounts, working with the Operational management team to deliver tailored, efficient, and client-focused security solutions. Known for his strategic leadership and industry knowledge, he continues to drive innovation and excellence in service delivery across the company.

Mark is a seasoned British Army veteran turned Security Operations Manager with a commitment to safeguarding in the UK and Ireland through extensive expertise since 2007. With a proven track record in security management since 2008, Mark excels in delivering unparalleled safety and security solutions. His experience ranges from participating in the untitled war fight in Iraq to ensuring the protection of multimillion-pound assets. Mark’s leadership and meticulous approach guarantee that with him, you are in good hands.

Jamie has over 20 years’ experience within the security industry and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Kings Guarding Solutions (KGS). Since starting at KGS in 2019 Jamie has worked his way up the ranks through various roles and now works as an operations manager within the North region. Jamie is responsible for a wide range of different sectors and clients that he deals with on a daily basis.

Matt has worked in the warehousing security sector for over 20 years and has covered a wide variety of roles from a front-line officer to national control room operator and various site management roles before moving into operational management in 2016 where he gained vast experience in a wide variety of aspects of security and areas of manned guarding. Matt is passionate about supporting his team and clients, providing excellent service and maintaining strong and long standing client relationships.

Liam began his career in the security industry as a retail security officer and has worked in operational management since 2015. With experience spanning multiple sectors, Liam is committed to transparent service delivery and exceeding client expectations. He is passionate about innovation and leveraging technology to drive performance. Liam thrives on building strong teams, empowering staff, and fostering a culture of collaboration. His hands-on leadership style and focus on continuous improvement ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes. Liam values open communication and strong client relationships, aiming to deliver tailored security solutions that reflect both professionalism and trust.

Alison has worked in security since 1996, starting has a security officer working in job centres around the west midlands area, working her way up the ranks within the company. Alison has worked as a manager for over 15 years, leading her officer standards to supply an excellent services to our clients. Alison brings a passion for success, driving her team to be the very best they can be within their roles.

Riz brings over a decade of experience in security operations management and client relations, consistently exceeds client expectations by delivering operational excellence, maintaining full compliance, and taking a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Riz is passionate about building strong, professional relationships with both his team and clients, fostering collaboration and trust to ensure the highest standards of service.

Louise has over 15 years of finance and admin experience within the security industry, Louise’s current role at Kings Guarding Solutions (KGS) is Finance Manager. It’s Louise’s responsibility to make sure all guarding and Mobile/Key Holding invoices are sent out in a correct and timely manner and plays a vital part in the day-to-day communications between KGS and our guarding and mobile customers.
